1. Who we are

2. Products

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption (see our Disclaimer & Research Use Policy). Product images are indicative. Analytical specifications refer to the relevant production lot; a Certificate of Analysis is available per lot.

3. Eligibility

By ordering you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and pricing

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We may correct manifest pricing errors.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include iDEAL, cards, SEPA and cryptocurrency. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are the importer of record and responsible for any customs duties and for the legality of import into your jurisdiction.

7. Right of withdrawal

Where the statutory EU consumer right of withdrawal applies, it is subject to the exceptions in law. Because the products are sensitive laboratory reagents, sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery may be excluded from return for health-protection and integrity reasons. 8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any use of products contrary to the research-only purpose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
