Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Products ship from our EU, USA or UK fulfilment locations depending on the item (indicated on each product).

Shipping methods & costs

We ship via tracked carriers. Free shipping applies to orders over €150; otherwise standard rates are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and origin warehouse.

Customs and import

You are the importer of record. Any import duties, taxes or clearance requirements are your responsibility, and it is your responsibility to ensure the products may lawfully be imported into your country. Each shipment includes appropriate documentation (commercial invoice; Certificate of Analysis on request) to support clearance.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@biometrypeptides.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.

Returns

Because these are sensitive laboratory reagents, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for integrity and health-protection reasons. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returnable at our discretion, subject to applicable consumer law. Contact us before returning any item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or resolving a verified issue.
